I just went up and looked yesterday. I noticed a deep scratch next to the air conditioner that I know was not there before because I had to take pictures and send to you. This must have happened when the air conditioner was removed. It would have been nice if you would have touched it up. After your inspection I feel comfortable that the rv roof is good and no moisture has gotten in.

Again, the repair itself was great, but there is so much extra expense incurred by the customer for lack of communication, and I received little to no communication about my vehicle while it was in the shop.

The repair itself was fine, but after my car got towed there, I never got any correspondence regarding how extensive the damage was, an estimate on the price, or an estimate on how long it'd take. My insurance adjuster estimated the damage around $5,000 and 16-21 days to repair. It took $7,000 and 38 days. Despite the extra charge and the extra days (which would have been nice to know about because my insurance only covers 30 days of a rental car), the first contact I got from them was 3 weeks after my car was towed there, and that was because I called them. Then I went 2 more weeks without any updates on my car, called again, and they said it would be ready the next day. I never received a call the next day, so I called again in the evening and they told me it would take an extra three days. 8/10 for workmanship (my driver's-side window no longer opens or closes automatically and the car was returned to me with almost no gas when I had half a tank of gas in it when I dropped it off, but the left rear bumper was fixed and looks brand new, which was what I brought it in for. 2/10 for communication.
