You guys were great!! I would recommend you to anyone I know, and I would definitely go back to you if need be!!😊 The only thing I would recommend you do is if a Honda customer is going to have work done by Upstate Auto Body Shop make them aware that you are not located at the Honda dealership. I assumed you were because the dealership said you were their auto body shop. The dealership is big and they have a carwash on their grounds, I assumed the dealership was there too. It was inconvenient for me to go there before work and then find out you are at a separate location. Really the dealership should have told me but they did not.
