Great work. Great communication. Very professional and reliable. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I'll definitely go back to Upstate - much nicer, and easier to do business with versus the nearby competitor where I first got the estimate. It was like night and day.

My Experience

The repair is excellent. You would never know that it is hit. Courtesy and friendly. While I appreciate the interior cleaning of my car, I will be unable to drive my van until whatever solutions were used dissipate. I have bad allergies and asthma and reacted badly. I wish I had been asked or told so that I could have declined.
