Great experience. I was going to go to Della body shop because it was easier being in Queensbury. But between the AI answering service and them not calling me back until the next day, I decided to try Upstate. Wonderful communication and nice people. The work was done quickly and I couldn’t be happier. Worth the drive to Saratoga. Shop dog was a bonus.
