Omg!!! What an amazing experience I had working with Becca and Ken! They were professional, responsive to any questions, and made the whole process (including the car rental) was smooth and simple. Their team did a beautiful job and even cleaned the car (outside and inside!) before I picked it up. I HIGHLY recommend Upstate Auto and thank them so much for everything, including their fast work during an especially busy time of year.

Bekha was terrific in alleviating my stress and providing my insurance agent with photos and all the necessary documentation for the repairs to my 2025 Honda CRV. She explained the work to be done and gave me phone and text updates on the progress. The work was completed in a timely manner with Honda products. I highly recommend Upstate Auto Body.
