Justin has customer service skills that are out of this world. He goes above and beyond; super professional, respectful, and he makes sure the job is done well in a timely manner. I have used Urban Collision for body work on two occasions and the outcomes have been beyond my expectations each time. They really take care of you and your car from the moment you walk in to the moment they hand you your keys. Justin also makes the insurance process a breeze. I can’t recommend this shop enough and if I could rate them 10 stars, I would. Also, their other shop for auto maintenance is also equally as phenomenal for oil changes, tires, and brakes. They’re my go-to guys all around and for good reason!
