I received three estimates and felt most comfortable with USA despite the fact they were slightly higher than one estimate. I took the estimates to Hovik and he showed me how the cheapest estimate had not even priced some of the parts they had listed on their invoice. USA Collison finished the work on time with OE parts and were actually able to salvage a couple of parts and the final cost was $500 less than the original estimate.

These guys are terrific. Friendly service, fair price, job done well. My nephew had someone hit him in the back of his prized mustang and USA Collision put it back together beautifully. Highly recommend them!

My RAM truck recently received hail damage that required a new hood due to the extent of the damage. I chose USA Collision in Phoenix based upon reviews, and I am very glad I did. Initial contact was via email in which Hovik replied to me very quickly, and throughly. We exchanged emails and I chose USA Collision to do the work. Hovik worked with my schedule to get the new hood, paint it (perfect match) and install it where and when he promised to. A true professional! The work was flawless and the price extremely fair. Prior to retirement, I ran a company where everyone was asked to followed these simple guidelines: 1) Say what it is you are going to do. 2) Do what it is you said you would do. 3) Be punctual & polite. If followed, those simple rules can make a world class company. Hovik did all of those things every step of the way. I’m hoping I don’t have future need for collision repair, but I can assure you that if I do I will use USA Collision. FIVE STAR RATING! TRULY PROFESSIONAL!

All surfaces were done nicely except right right. It looks like someone dabbed fingernail polish over a1x2” scrape. Didnt see it til that weekend. They did one on left side nicely. Looks like they were in a hurry to finish. Was disappointed as I pointed that out especially
