We did a quick walk around my vehicle and then the team member was able to get Enterprise over there quickly to pick me up and I was on my way for the rest of the week. Throughout the repair process I received notifications on where the vehicle was in the inspection and repair process. The day before pick up I was notified that it was ready to go and scheduled time to pick up the next morning. On pickup morning I was also greeted warmly and was able to pay for the repairs and get on my way within a few minutes, overall experience was fantastic."

When they finally did, they walked through the process of car rental and repair. I showed up to have my car repaired, enterprise came and picked me up, when I got there they said they had no information from farmers on a rental. I called the adjuster, no answer. Had to be taken back to the repair shop to pick up my damaged car so I could go to work. When she finally called me back she said, “oh, looks like they switched adjusters on you.”. No apology, no one had informed me or contacted me and she didn’t really care that I had to take time off work again the next day to take my car back in. Experience was not good."
