The heat panel cover was loose(had to ask employee to fix it) I was expecting full inside detail(it was detailed but dust still around in certain places) there was a small chipping on drier side door( thought perhaps they would give a touch up) the left side trunk had a round dent(thought it would be fixed) besides that, all was well. Also, the tow truck popped both tires mounting it onto your v&j tow truck.

The whole staff was courteous and informative, from the gentleman who picked up my vehicle to the front desk to the guys doing the repairs. The owner was on site and readily accessible to answer any questions I might have had. The front desk personnel kept me up-to-date everystep of the way. Very professional! I hope I never need them again, however, it's a great .feeling to know they're there of I do!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend V&J
