I was very happy with the communication between the friendly efficient staff and me. From my first phone conversation with John, I felt my car was in good hands. They contacted the adjuster, they brought the rent a car to my house where my car was picked up. My car was finished earlier than expected which was very nice. The car looks brand new both inside and out. V&Jâ s workmanship is fantastic. I canât say enough about my total experience with V&J.
