There are things coming apart on the vehicle. Only had it a week back and starting noticing the flaws. Car could have been cleaned a little better dirt on the interior compartments and on the lining of the roof

It was amazing to not have to worry about the rental car once I picked it up. From the extra repair time, to being able to drop back off at repair shop and not dealing with anything but the deductible!! That was awesome!! Thank You

The insurance rep, Kayla was amazing. Very nice and helpful. Val Ward Cadillac was amazing also. The repairs are perfect, they were efficient and always answered my questions and tried to get everything finished as quickly as possible.

My car looks even better than it looked before I got hit. It looks like they buffed out some side scuffs that I had on my doors that weren’t even part of the accident. It took longer than expected but they communicated that to me throughout the time there.
