Took them 9 weeks to get my car back from a minor accident because they didn’t do a full inspection in the beginning so after fixing the passenger wheel they had to go back and order more parts because they didn’t realize the accident pushed in on the axle damaging the driver side wheel

Patty was outstanding. Having an accident right after the hurricane was a nightmare. She took the time to help me and meet my timing to bring the car in for an assessment when many other shops wouldn't even see me for 15 minutes.
