Definitely will not be recommending the body shop. Terrell is a nice guy, though, I would tell them he may help them, but not to talk to Danny, your vehicle will not be properly taken care of.

My vehicle was not properly repaired the first time I picked it up. The fender was not clipped correctly, battery was left unhooked, there was still a scratch on the hood, and although I was told the wheel bearing had been replaced, the vehicle was shaking severely and multiple warning lights were illuminated. They also told me my axels were clicking due to wear and tear but i clearlyshowed them that they hadn'tlong been replaced. It is clear that the vehicle was not properly test-driven before being returned to me. I brought the vehicle back, and while the codes were cleared, the wheel bearing was still not replaced as stated, and axel still clicking. The alignment was still incorrect, and the steering wheel remained off-center. Once again, these issues should have been identified during a proper post-repair inspection and test drive. Due to the repeated issues and lack of confidence in the repairs performed, I will be taking my vehicle to a different dealership for further service.

My experience with Valdosta Toyota was very good. I took my truck in to get a right front end repair done 2 weeks ago 7-13 and picked it up 7-24. They did a great job. It was not without some incident though. Valdosta Toyota caught it and made it right. I was extremely happy. My truck looks great. Thank you.

At this point, I would not be likely to recommend as I do not feel that I was treated with honesty and integrity. Yes, the work was (eventually) completed correctly, but having been lied to during the process, I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop.

I believe I was lied to by personnel in the office regarding parts availability for my vehicle. After being told on one day that new parts were no longer available, after complaint for use of a damaged, used part, suddenly a new part was able to be found.
