It was a pleasant experience. I was involved in my first ever car accident so I didn’t know what needed to be done to my vehicle. However they did an amazing job with restoring my car to look brand new and even took the time explain everything that was done to repair it. Overall I recommend this body shop for any repairs!

Not happy, it seemed to me that though the work was done in a timely manner. The quality was not what I expected. I don’t believe the customer (me) satisfaction was the shops priority. When I asked for an explanation as to what work was completed I did not get any information. Initially all looked good but further inspection shows a misalignment where the bumper cover meets the rear fender and this tail pipe is hanging far lower on the same side as the misaligned bumper. I have not yet been able to address the issue with shop so I can not give much more feedback
