Easy process - start to finish. Timely updates (almost daily) on work progress. Received phone calls too on updates and vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule. Washed, cleaned and shiny tires too.

I appreciate being updated with the progress. Kara and Hailee were so helpful and extremely kind. As I was driving away, I saw that my brake lights had a problem, and I was able to catch the gentleman over the shop who took my car back and got the situation corrected. I love how my car looks... it looks great!!! Thank you!

I am happy with the repairs that were done on the door of my truck… Everything looks great. I do believe, however that there are 2 small areas around the work that was done that were damaged. 1 area is just above the door that was repaired - there are 2 small paint chips above the door on the body of the vehicle that I don’t believe were there before. Also, there is a crack in the plastic panel just next to the hood release lever that was not there before the repairs. I’d like to discuss when you’re available. Thank you!

Valet auto body was fantastic to work with! They work well with enterprise and transportation for me immediately so I can get a car. Fantastic customer service and their communication was amazing! I was constantly updated on the status of my car and when I could come pick it up! They did great work on my car looks great!

The communication, quality of work, and flexibility were spot on! What a well oiled machine you guys have. One thing I might suggest is to ask the client before you request a supplemental that is at risk of totaling the car. Other than that, it is great.
