They were professional, kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, explained repairs in detail, fantastic customer service (shout out to Caleb), and cleaned my car. Cleaning my car was not an easy task. This is a dog car/ camping car… so much fur, dirt and sand. Wow! Was not expecting them to take care of the cleaning side of it. Thank you to everyone at Valley Collision! I highly recommend them.

Lovely staff! They made a bad situation (car crash vehicle repairs) all the easier. I will 100% recommend this shop. Amber was so helpful over the phone and walked me through a ton of information and offered ways to help. Caleb was very nice and helped show me repairs and what all was done to my car. He also spent time in the phone with me helping with logistics
