The repair was done as discussed and in a timely manner. The update messages were a nice touch and made me feel like I was "in the loop". Post-completion, I noticed some new scuffs & scratches on the hood. I mentioned it and presented it to Daniel and he promptly set up the next day to do the corrective buffing. The detail dept did a fantastic job and I will return to have more detail work performed in the near future.

This has been the best car repair experience I have had. First off we took it to the Draper location to be repaired but they called me the next day and asked if they could take it to the SLC shop which would take less time. I agreed and within a week they had my car done. When we went to check it out there were a few things awry that we did not notice until we got home. Gave them a call and they even came and picked up the car and got all the issues fixed! I especially wan to shout out Daniel ! This guy is absolutely amazing! Kept me updated the whole process and is super friendly! I highly recommend valley for your needs!
