You communicated in a timely way and were fantastic to work with. You had the car from Monday morning, December 21 to Tuesday morning, January 5. There were two holidays during that time as well. You estimated, worked with the insurance company, ordered parts, received the parts and did the repairs in 16 calendar days! They communicated very well and were fantastic to work with. They had the car from Monday morning, December 21 to Tuesday morning, January 5. There were two holidays during that time as well. Everything was flawless. Troy was very helpful. My driver side door is what was repaired, but now my driver side window is really difficult to unroll. I don't have automatic windows. So I really need to go back to the shop and have them look at it.

The work, customer service and were exceptional. Brandon is a complete stud! The only reason I am not giving a 10 is because my car battery was dead when I picked up the car. This then reset the car system and I now have to take it to Ford to get it reset. I called and was told that I would just need to send the bill over to you guys and I will be reimbursed.
