The broken glass had not been cleaned out before I was told it was ready for pick up. The lift gate was accidentally left out of the repair estimate so a used one was procured instead. Buffing white specks were all over, inside and out, and buff swirls are visible all over the back of the car.

I asked for a bracket to be left off and it was agreed upon. When I picked it up the bracket was put on I said it was fine because I knew the holes made in the grill would look horrible but I am not happy with it.
