I had to pay 1000 dollars out of pocket to get my car back!.The insurance and Caliber should have work together so I wouldn’t have to pay myself. Very unprofessional

I was somewhat satisfied but not completely. I noticed The right side Floor underbody splash shield guard that was damaged and partly missing, due to the incident, was not replaced. I was informed that the vehicle have been washed but saw very noticeable water spot streaks on the driver and passenger front doors and side view mirrors. Noticed three of the four wheels didn't appear to be washed. However, the fit and finish of the repairs and the enthusiasm of getting my car back were satisfying to the point I thought to overlook the issue at that moment.
