Great people and organization. I advise against having accidents, but if you can't, Caliber is a largely painless, cheerful and good-natured place to take care of it.

The shop did the work quickly and well, and everybody there made having a collision fixed far more pleasant than I would have thought. These were fun people to work with. I advise avoiding accidents but working with Caliber when you can't.

Ashley, admin was nothing short of amazing. She was so easy to talk with and knew what she was doing, I’ve never been into an accident before and she took care of me and made the process so seamless. Louis was the guy who assessed the damage, he was very straight forward, made me feel comfortable, very accommodating, communicative and returned my car in a timely manner, even though we were ok with waiting. Overall, we couldn’t be more happier with the staff and location! Thank you!
