We were given an estimate and said it would take 10 days. It wasn’t completed till 24 days. nobody called us to give us an update on the process of the car. I had to keep calling him. They said it be done on a Friday Friday come it’ll be done Monday, Monday it’s not done, I can’t recommend these people. I will have to say they did compensate us for the extra cost of the rental car.

Took way too long.Wasn’t informed in a regular basis about the repair. We were told it was gonna be ready Monday and no one called us to advise what was happening till we called on Thursday. Then they still needed to wash it. This was ridiculous

The person who wrote the estimate was not very informational on what was going on with our repairs and why it took so long. however, the receptionist was very polite and offered to compensate us for the additional rental car time .

My last repair had the worst paint job I have ever experienced but since I have had several other repairs that were very good, decided to give them another chance. Picked up my wife's car last Friday that had been rear ended and the color match was probably the worst I have ever seen. Now I have to take it back again and have the paint redone. They had her car almost three weeks and likely another week will be needed to repaint the rear bumper. A month to replace and paint the rear bumper? Not happy.

Valley Wide Collision is the best in Hemet and San Jacinto. Mark even drove my daughter's car up to her work so she could have her car back. They are wonderful people. I have always done business with them and will never go else where .
