Not great communication on updates, process not explained on the phone - wasted my time coming in person only to be told not to... then would kept my car which I'm not even sure is legal after it was completed for week while you haggled with my insurance company- will not be back or refer friends

I’m glad to take the time to write this review, but please do not post to any type of social media or Internet based programs My car looks brand new The team was great from the start Friendly professional and organized They kept me informed about the repairs needed and the progress It was easy to get my rental from enterprise and then just drop it off when my car was completed

Dee was my consultant. She immediately got my car in and it was finished before it was promised. The workmanship was amazing. She got my rental car and I was able to leave it at the collision center making it as convenient as possible. They did a fantastic job

Just want to be clear, Deanne did an awesome job servicing my account. The insurance company, Trexis, was very difficult to deal with. Deanne, fought for me and to have the repairs done correctly. Trexis is a terrible company and I was about ready to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner. I will definitely do business with Deanne again!

Deanne looks out for the best of the customer. Even when it seems a repair process is taking longer than expected. It is hard to find an employee as good as Deanne who will do something like this.

I had a non-accident ding on the passenger side repaired. It was free of charge, so I'm hesitant to complain, but it really wasn't a very good repair.
