We had discussed my repair as both headlights with bumper and they only did one headlight. I checked the quote and was only charged for one but all conversations I was asked if I wanted just one or both I maintained that I would just like to do both and get it all done. I also received a call a week before my appt. Informing me that the parts were 200.00 more than what was quoted originally and how he's not had this happen before and when he looked it was one price but all of a sudden was more expensive and he "cannot take a loss on this so." So I said that was fine and to move forward with and and once again get both done and the bumper all set. Now I feel a little taken advantage of considering I was up charged and under delivered to what was expected and conveyed. I also had a text come through saying my car was also picked up before I even got a call it was done printing me to call to make sure no one took my car. Really just want to understand what is going on at this point and why I had all these clerical issues back to back.
