Overall, it was a good experience. The parts the shop originally ordered were not going to work, so I had to order them myself, but they were up front about it. When I brought it in, they ended up needing additional trim clips, which raised the cost over $100, but didn't tell me this until afterward. I had requested a door straightening, but they were not able to adjust it to get a great alignment, so they took the labor effort hour off the bill.

The only complaint I have is that there was some liquid in the cup holder when I picked up the car (maybe just water; didn’t try to figure out what it was), and there was an unpleasant smell in the car for the 4 days after picking it up. The smell didn’t seem like a smell that would be from a cleaning product. I don’t know how to describe it. It’s not like anything I’ve smelled before. It took 4 days to get rid of it by merely driving with the windows down. Otherwise great work.
