When I came to get my car, they didn't explain anything and looked like it wasn't washed. It looked good where they fixed it but it would've been nice to be shown where it was fixed.

My vehicle was not ready when promised and they failed to even call me to tell me of the delays. I had to call them to find out what was going on several times then they had the audacity to be rude to me

The repairs were great, but there was a leak of fluids that was not present before the repairs. It has caused me not to be able to properly drive my vehicle and risk damage. It is now back in the shop again to repair that problem, for which I am thankful
