They never called me to let me know what the repairs would be or how long they would take I had to call them they never called to let me know my car was ready I saw it on my Geico app so I called them and then when I got there they didn’t have my car locked up and somebody tried to steal my radio out of my car

My car was not correctly repaired! It is still showing collision errors on my dashboard. I trusted you guys for weeks and I am no where near satisfied. I asked about bringing it back for correct repairs & was told that there was no rental for me. This is the most inconvenient experience ever considering the fact that I am a 2021 Toyota owner. Totally unacceptable.

The first time I came to get my car at the time they told me to come, it wasn’t ready. I turned my rental in on the way and never was able to get another. I had to go 5 days without one and that was covered on my insurance. The next time they said my car was ready, my car broke down not even a day after I received it. The horn still didn’t work properly and the hood wasn’t secured. As I drove, it was lifting. I told them it was not even or on wrong when I came to pick it up and they readjusted it. My experience there was beyond horrible! I won’t recommend this collision center.

No one seemed concerned that I would be without a car or that they called and told me the car was ready prematurely. Then when I called to let them know the car broke down and the hood still was not on properly, they made reference to me driving the car as if I am not supposed to drive my car wherever I choose to. If it were fixed properly, I should be able to go anywhere as I did before I brought it in.

The only problem we had was getting the parts in. The work was excellent. Im waiting for parts to fix the other side of my truck bed. I dont have an extra vehicle, and cant afford to rent, so I'll bring my truck when it can be started on. Thank you for the good work.
