First off, they have excellent customer service! Top notch! Secondly, I was kept in the loop and up to date through the text notifications that they send you. It’s not in detail, but if you have any questions about what exactly is happening at the moment you can definitely give them a call. I took my car in on a Monday and it was estimated the next day on Tuesday. It was expected to be done by the next Tuesday, but I got it back Thursday. Not complaining at all. All I had to my knowledge was bumper problems, but could’ve been more than I was aware of. It’s back to normal for the most part. I definitely recommend VanTrow Toyota in Monroe, La.
