The new back bumper had a scuff mark. Looked like another vehicle had bumped into it. I pointed this out. It was taken back in the shop and buffed. Got 95% of it out

Was told Tuesday morning by Aubrey when I called that they are cleaning it up and will call me after lunch to pick up. Never heard from them again. Called Wednesday and a female answered phone and said the exact same thing. I said well I was told that yesterday morning so what is up. She said well we had a washer out sick. I said well why could I have not just been told that on Tuesday. Ugh.
