They did a good job explaining extra damage that was found once they were able to get the bumper off and throughly access all the damage. Awesome job getting the car fixed to look like it did before it was damaged.

The repair was good. When we arrived on the morning to bring our car in for repair, we were also getting a loaner vehicle to use during the repair. The man at the counter was not very nice, would not switch his paper work to give us an SUV, as that is what we were having repaired. He told us to check back later in the week to see if one was available. I believe he did not want to go through the paper work to change the vehicle. I called a half hour after we had left and talked to the service counter receptionist and she said absolutely there is an SUV available for us, just stop in. We returned immediately and got an SUV. When we were notified that our SUV was finished, returned the loaner and got our vehicle, that same employee was at the counter. He was not very friendly at all again. Very poor customer service by that man!!
