Quality of the repair itself was great

I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication about the availability of parts and timeline of the work. On several occasions I had to call to get the quote sent to me, to find out that a new grill was unavailable, and that the grill would be coming in the next day and the truck quod be done. My vehicle was there for 3-4 weeks and I only received updates 2-3 times.

I was not satisfied with the customer service. They failed to keep me updated of my vehicle status. I went to the collision center to ask what my vehicle is still outside and not being worked on. I would get the same answer, “We’ll waiting for an empty stall. Your vehicle will be next.”
