Unfortunately because of the communication piece of it, I would recommend people go elsewhere even though the work was good. When a repair takes this long, I would expect a status update call at least once a week. Also, some of the parts took a long time to come in but then when they were in, somehow, my car wasn't right at the top of the list to get fixed. How did I get bumped when my car had been there for almost a month?

It's not entirely just the body shop but vande Hay Brantmeier as a company. This is not the first time I've dealt with this company and have been very disappointed. Not only myself but also many of my family members.
