They sprayed the rust on one side, which we didnt espect. Just wish they would have sprayed the spot on the opposite side. Otherwise we are happy with repairs. Thanks much!

I liked getting a rundown on all the parts that had to be replaced and getting the actual list of them as well. I may need that if I should want to sell the van. I also liked getting updates and the van was ready sooner than scheduled, but I couldn’t get a ride in until today. The van looks like new. Thank you. Period. someday.

My only complaint is the number of times I received texts regarding this survey. I am very busy during the week and don’t have time for this. I already answered questions right after I picked up the van. Don’t bother me with this anymore. AAA has a survey as does Carfax, enough already!

The maintenance and collision repair service has always been good at VHB, but this time I'm very disappointed. The quality of the collision repair of my 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali is not acceptable. There are visible gouges on both the left and right side of the bumper cover that they just replaced, right where it meets the sheetmetal behind the rear wheels. It's visible and should be fixed. I've always expected more from them and didn't get that with this repair.
