The work was fine and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Rachael was great to deal with. If would have been nice to get a status update before completion. I found requesting a status update via text and the AI response basically useless.

I would highly recommend this body shop, based on their efficiency , craftsmanship. Rachel the Office administrator was both professional , efficient and very courteous an Shane the body shop manager was also very courteous very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions I had , based these things yes I highly recommend this shop an will not hesitate to return if I need their service again , it was both a professional an pleasant experience , Thanks to you all for the excellent service !
