The Sedona looks so much better than it did when it was smashed! My Name Is Rebecca Huber, (no T on the end) and I am the Transportation Coordinator at St. Vincent- St. Mary High School. I would say I’m pretty unhappy with the whole process and the ending in particular. It took a week just to get an idea of when the part would be in, I was kept up to date. Then it came late or I didn’t get the call it had come in, then wasn’t contacted at all about it for a week. Then when I called back, oh yeah, it’s here, stop by next Monday and we’ll put it on! I called, no answer. Left a message, no return call, showed up, as I was instructed, around 2 in the afternoon and was told I could possibly be worked in at 4/430, and that was unacceptable. So I sat and waited and barely got out of there by 430. After I was told it would take a quick barely 10 minutes to slide on. I was also told the scratch on the door would be buffed off, it was not. And you didn’t even run it through the car wash! It came back filthy!
