When asking for update would be told it would be ready in a couple weeks. Then follow up and it would be another couple weeks. Would reccomend to add some buffer in there when giving dates.

6 weeks my car has been there and is still not completed. Vandevere ordered parts prior to insurance approval and I received my car incomplete and had to return it. I have been the mediator between my insurance and the Collison center, not good customer service at all! Since I've had to return my vehicle 10hrs after having it since the engine light is on and now it will be another $500 & my insurance is not willing to pay since it should have been replaced in the first place. Yet here I am without a vehicle for 6 weeks and neither have offered a rental or any help!!
