The adjuster was courteous and the repair process was smooth. My car looks like new. The only thing I would change is they told me to call to inquire on the repair status and I think, for excellent service, they should update the customer by text or email rather than have the customer make the call. Otherwise every thing else was excellent.

Poor communication from Body shop Adviser. Parts supplier not delivering parts in a timely manner to repair shop ( lift gate window days late) that cost me four more days of rental car coverage.
