Improper estimate, wouldn't give even s ball park idea when car would be ready, and most importantly there was no thank you after the bill was paid. Shane stinks. I will never have any collision work done there in the future v

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Jim stayed after so I didn't have to take off work to pick up my car. Jim was very professional and helped me understand what was being done to my car and the insurance process. The car was very clean when I picked it up. Thanks again!!
