The repairs were all body work and the car looks great but I got it back and it’s running really rough. It’s very loud and it definitely was not loud when I dropped it off and my MPG were at 21.9 when I dropped it off but had dropped to 9.2 when I picked it up. I’m not sure what happened but I will probably go back to using Bill Brown Ford bc I never had issues with them.

The staff was very friendly. They broke something in my passenger door and called me immediately and let me know that they broke it but were fixing it. I really appreciate the honesty, you don’t find that much anymore.

Simple process that required little effort on my end, which is nice. The process in getting an estimate and scheduled was quick. The time to get it fixed was reasonable and the quality of the work was great. Looks like the accident never happened.

The experience was good except when there was an issue with insurance at the beginning & i told the body shop to continue with the repair & i will cover what the insurance doesn’t cover, & that caused delay in the completion of the repair, otherwise the service & the response was good.

When I picked up the car, I noticed the low pressure tire light was on. I took it in to get air put in. It was at 27 should’ve been 35. This was the back driver side tire. Just wanted to make a note. Hopefully it will be fine

Seems the actual repairs ro the truck took a week, but they had to send a wheel Out for a refinish. When I called 2 weeks after I dropped it off, I was informed wheel wasn’t back. I asked how long ago did yu give it to the refinisher? They gave it 2 weeks prior or when they started in the truck. Seems somebody should have figured out the wheel had been gone and called them Picking up my vehicle may have been quicker if the wheel got back jn a reasonable time.

Overall great experience. My only concern was when I picked up my vehicle after it had body work done, it wasn’t dry so it was difficult to see/confirm how the repair looked. Seems vehicles would be cleaned and completely dried after having body work done, so that it’s easy to see that the repair was made and looks good.
