The repairs look good and customer service was good. However it should be the choice of the customer if cleaning the vehicle before delivering it back to the customer. I am missing an item and excessive water in the engine bay caused concern.

Wife noticed a paint chip on a rear door she doesn’t think was there before… not sure if it happened at Varsity or previous.

Was led to believe on a Tuesday that vehicle would likely be ready for delivery on the Thursday. I called 3 times that afternoon for status. Did not receive an answer until 5:30 “oh, yeah we do have the key here -it’s ready”. Said we’d be there ASAP and Immediately left Plymouth at 5:30. Once we figured out we were 10 minutes out and would arrive at 6:05, called to inform and were told “I’ll be gone in 5 minutes.” We arrived and office was closed, had to come back the next day.
