The Good - Repair work was remarkable: body panels aligned perfectly, paint matches seamlessly the work was completed as scheduled. The Not So Good - Reliance on texting is most annoying. Suggestion for improvement: reduce frequency of needless reminders and send only those which provide benchmark information such as "vehicle repairs are delayed for 5 days" as opposed to "your car is happy here and is on schedule". Also, phone calls are always preferred over texts. Again, a great repair job and I will continue to recommend the Varsity Lincoln Collision Center.
