Varsity Ford seem to have everything in order and a good experience until I picked up our car. An almost 8000 in repairs, at least you could of cleaned up the car better before I picked up. Exterior had plenty of shop dust and remenance, could of at least ran it through more than 2$ car wash look. Interior, plenty of shop dust and fingerprints on ceiling that was removed. Definitely looked worse than I brought it in. Certainly not going to hang around and wait, or leave it for any longer. Cleaning up a car correctly seems to be an obvious thing that a body shop would do, and is included for $8,000 in repairs. Happy with the body, other not so much .

I would NEVER recommend this dishonest shop to anyone.

This shop inspected the car and gave an estimate. Then they doubled that estimate when the car came in for repairs. Not all repairs were done, and they told me I would have to pay additional -- over and above the deductable already paid.
