I was about to be held hostage for the balance unpaid amount owed by the insurance company. Based on the contract, I only had to pay the deductible $500 to Varsity Lincoln. The conversation with your staff led me believe this is a common practice to make insurance companies pay Varsity Lincoln. The result of this is you won’t have return customers, and potentially jeopardizing your reputation as a preferred repair shop.

Paint color and finish matched perfectly. Replaced body parts lined up to factory specs. Was very impressed with the work. Varsity provided consistent work process updates throughout the entire work order. Work was completed and vehicle was deliver on promised date. Amy & Rick at the collision shop were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Overall excellent work. Will definitely refer.
