The repair process was smooth and required little effort on my part. The repair shop sent routine updates regarding the progress of repairs. The vehicle was repaired when expected, and in fact a couple of days earlier than promised. The repair was done as expected.

Quality of the work done is fine, however no one could give me a good explanation as to why my car battery was totally dead upon my arrival. Furthermore my check engine light was lit for most of the day after I left.
