The mechan8c did a wonderful job, like I mentioned on the dents, BUT from getting hit on all sides did something to my heat and air. Both only work on Hi. The other setting no linger work! They did just prior to the accident I was not responsible for and this needs to be rectified ASAP. I am 67 and need reasonable comfort, especially on the high temps projected this summer. Flipping the air/heat on and off Hi is a distraction. This is a total inconvenience, that again was not like it is now prior to the accident your client caused. -Donna

Vernon Auto Body did above average. Though, I am dissatisfied with NJM for the fact, that before the accident my air conditioning and heat both worked and after the accident did not, except for on high. It wasn't noticed immediately after the accident, as I did not need either the air or heat, but on my way to the Vernon Auto Body I put the air on and it was then it didn't work. It was mentioned once I got to the Auto repair, but it was not fixed. Again, the air and heat both worked and with extreme heat approaching in the next few days I depend on it. The accident was NOT my fault and the repair needs to be addressed/ fixed!! Again, both air and heat worked fine BEFORE the accident! It is only right this issue be dealt with immediately and is not my expense. Thank You!

Only thing missing is the cover for the access port hole on my shifter council (near the P). The tow truck operator must've removed it to engage my car in neutral in order to get the vehicle on the flatbed prior to transporting. Other than that thanks for the service

I'm happy to get my vehicle back from the shop. A few gripes to address, there was a fair amount of compound residue on the exterior that I had to wipe off especially in the seems between the doors, I'm also missing a small cover to emergency access port on the transmission shifter (above P symbol) despite those issues, I'm satisfied with the repair work performed on my vehicle, they did a good job.
