Vernon Auto Body had a very streamlined process. The woman at the front desk (Megan) was knowledgeable and informative. She also assisted with contacting Enterprise for me to schedule my rental and ensured that someone would meet me at the shop the day I was scheduled to drop off my car. It could not have been any easier! My car was repaired in a timely fashion and looks great. I would highly recommend Vernon Auto Body to others.

I cannot believe that they called and told me my car was complete. They worked very, very hard to get parts from General Motors to repair my car and they did a wonderful job. Looks almost showroom now.

With the exception of the windows, not being cleaned and some of the dust not being taken out of the front excellent work. It was quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend them for any kind of auto repairs.

We really appreciated replacing the side mirror right away so the truck could be driven until it went in for repair. That was going above and beyond! Also, everyone we dealt with were friendly, efficient and great communicators. The email updates were also greatly appreciated. An overall wonderful experience.
