According to State Farm my vehicle was ready for pick up on 2.18. however i did not get a call from VG until 2.24. I had the insurance and rental company calling me telling me my rental was up 2.18. A young lady there went in and updated the days I also called and left a voicemail 2.25 after pick up with a concern about thevehicle. and never heard from anyone. So i would say your follow up department needs dome help
