Estimated completion date kept getting pushed out (for reasons I understand), but I had to call several times to get updates when "deadlines" kept getting missed. Communication about delays could have been better. Nevertheless, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

VG does superb work and is extremely fast. They are very flexible and responsive. I had a very complicated schedule, I had to drive down from Virginia to get my truck repaired and return to Virginia over the weekend. VG worked with me to process my estimate and begin my repairs very fast and their quality far exceeds the other collision shops in the area. VG is the best collision place I've ever worked with.
