I'm impressed with victor the way he worked with my car but I found some a little bit work to patch it from the botton of power window at the driver' side but it's ok right now

Car came out great can’t complain! Wouldn’t mind the wait just did not like being told a date and the date bein pushed back but I understand things happen. My front license plant was lost had to wait a few days for it to get returned! But great people working there

Left rear 1/4 panel repair/ I saw the sign it said quality control, when I see my car, I thought someone spray paint on it, fish eyes all over paint chip, orange peel all over, and your supervisor said that s how we paint car and we did not paint here all excuses, so I left it there for them to fix it again, picked up the next day looks better, but clear over spray all over windshield ( not very happy) Kemper going to here this, I hope Victor going to read this

You guys have to really fix your business and keep your word about when the car will get fixed. You had me waiting 3 weeks for my car to get ready when you kept telling me that it was going to be ready the first few days and continued to lie to me. I understand that it could take a while yo fix a car but if you say it’s going to be ready a specific day then have it ready that day. The car came out great but you guys had me miss work for 3 weeks and tell them that I’d be able to come in when I couldn’t. So please change something about your promises to help successfully help you business.

My paint was damaged during the repairs and I had to bring back car back to repair that. Upon doing so items were taken from my car.

I was lied to about when my car would be completed. I was then talked to as if damage done to my car at the shop was not on the shop to repair. Items were taken from my car and nothing was done to compensate me for stolen property.
