Victory Auto Body is amazing! They took a process that can be stressful and confusing and made it comfortable and uncomplicated. I was sent a status almost daily, kept up to date on a car completion date, they transfered information for me to insurance. The shop was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!

Not completely satisfied. There are large gaps around the plastic trim and orange side marker. Also, the plastic piece on the bumper keeps coming loose—I’ve had to push it back into place three times in two days. The tire was low on air as soon as I left the body shop, and I had to stop on the freeway to fill it.

There are large gaps around the plastic trim and the orange side reflector, and the plastic bumper piece keeps coming loose. I have to fix it and put it back into place every time I drive the car. On top of that, the tire was flat and the tire warning light came on immediately after I picked up the car from the repair shop. The repair took two weeks, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. I do not want to go through this kind of experience again.
