Hi, all, I cannot recommend this body shop highly enough! From beginning to end, the entire experience was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way, regularly updating me on the progress of my repairs and always taking time to answer my questions. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with my car. Their communication and customer service are truly outstanding. Most importantly, their work is impeccable. The quality of the repair was beyond what I expected. Their work is not only professional – it is artistic. You can tell that they take tremendous pride and what they do and genuinely care about getting every detail right. What impressed me just as much as how much they cared about me as a customer. Everyone I dealt with was kind, generous, professional, and generally concerned that I was comfortable, informed, and completely happy with the work. It is rare today to find a business that combines this level of craftsmanship with such exceptional customer service. They don’t just repair cars – they take care of their customers. I was very impressed with the job Victory AB did on my Subaru crosstrek. Looked even better than before the van rear ended me on the freeway. All the stars! And on top of that very nice crew and staff

Not satisfied at all, the body damage was repaired, one minor issue with the passenger side fender. It was damaged and instead of repairing it, you guys just bent it back and now there’s a gap between the hood and the fender . And the main problem is my car right now has a lot of senses not working no security systems that was supposed to be taken care of when I put the car. This was a part of my complaint with the insurance company and your employee did not put it on the paper there for the insurance did not know about it and didn’t repair it. I already left them a few messages yesterday and today. If I won’t get a reply for them today, I will just contact my lawyer. He’s on a retainer anyway. And I will make sure that you guys will fix everything and also accommodate me for all the time that I’m losing and for yesterday wasting my whole day.
