Trunk doesn't close properly (must shut hard), paint has chip.

Employee could care less that there was a chip or that my car was filthy (although I apparantly got a complimentary wash and wax). Communication regarding the completion date was never present. Email notifications stated it was complete, after arrival I was told in fact my car needed an additional 5 days. Vehicle was dropped off 9/1 and not picked up until today 9/26 (vehicle was complete on Friday 9/23).

I've worked with Victory in the past, as has my best friend. I was not happy with the settlement of the Insurance company. They wanted to use non-manufacturer parts on the repair. When I told Victory about this they assured me that they would use Factory parts on the repair and that is exactly what they did. My car looks like it just came off the lot. They worked with Infinity on my behalf. They are a quality company and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
